I read an interesting article today Handling Cookies is a Minefield. It’s basically about what characters are supported in cookies across browsers and servers.
As a rule I only use two cookies: a session cookie, which identifies the session, and a persistent browser cookie, which identifies the user and their browser.
I was searching for info about picoPower and I accidentally found STM32F1 Pico Pwner. Looks pretty interesting! It seems to be using power glitching to bypass locks so firmware can be dumped from certain microcontrollers.
In this video I prepare my video cameras and recording studio so I can record the new Maths Homework section of the show!

In this video I do the 11th project from the Maxitronix 20in1 (the Sensor Robot 20): Burglar Alarm.
This project uses the reed switch to trigger a bistable multivibrator that controls an alarm. The bistable multivibrator can be reset with the key. An astable multivibrator is used to generate the tone for the audible alarm.
In this project we get some more experience with transistors and how they can be used in various types of multivibrator circuit. Under the thermal camera we can see some of the transistors warming up as they conduct electricity. With the oscilloscope we can see the periodic waveform used to generate the alarm tone.
